Beyond business, Gagandeep is a passionate advocate for social change. In 2017, he founded Mehr Foundation, a non-profit committed to grassroots impact. Under his leadership, the foundation has delivered high-impact initiatives—including free health and cancer detection camps, and large-scale shoe distribution drives for sanitation workers—benefiting over 25,000 individuals across Punjab. During the COVID-19 crisis, the foundation earned widespread recognition for establishing and managing three fully operational COVID Care Centers in Punjab—providing critical care medical support ,oxygen, and meals to hundreds in need.

Gagandeep Singh is a law graduate with a PGD in Media Studies. His experience of over two decades in entrepreneurship gives him both ability and stability to understand and deliver on the requirements of the clients. He has had the opportunity to work with the industry leaders across verticals in IT, ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing & Service sectors.
Alongside he also has a deep compassion to give back to the society. He is the founder of NGO, Mehr Foundation. His NGO has been active since 2017 and has successfully organized free mega health camps, free cancer detection camps and free shoe distribution to sanitation workers. Over ten thousand patients have benefited from the health camps and over fifteen thousand sanitation workers covered under the shoe distribution drive across Punjab. The efforts of the NGO especially during the COVID – 19 Pandemic were recognized by the Government of Punjab and various other Government and Non Government organisations wherein three COVID Care Centers in three different districts of Punjab with round the clock oxygen cylinders, oxygen concentrators, doctors, para meds, medicines and meals etc. was provided to hundreds of patients.

Pradeep Bhalla is a Civil Engineer with nearly forty years of experience in energy generation, petrochemical and construction sectors. During his tenure as the Regional QHSE Manager with one of the MNCs, he covered sixty countries across Asia Pacific, Middle East, South America and Africa.
